Financing Plan
Expenditures: Heating, Cooling, Insurance, Electricity, Maintenance and Taxes.

At the full capacity of 40 patients the average daily expenditure would be $27,397.26 a day. This would be broken down into salaries, utilities, food, supplies,medications and maintenance costs. Each meal would cost about $35 a day, plus snacks and supplements an additional $7, multiplied by 3 meals and 3 snacks a day for 40 patients would come to

Food Total= $1,680 per day.

What is a day without some profit and feeding the economy? I will take you through the normal business day for “Passions” and my financial plan. Any successful business requires one thing, energy. “Passions” requires around $50 a day of electricity for the facility or $1500 a month. Next, a vital part of the “Passions” stay is comfort and that comfort comes at a cost. Passions requires around $30 a day of heating and $70 of cooling also around $1350 a month for heating and $1200 for cooling. Water, now who doesn’t like water? “Passions” is an eco-friendly buyer and supporter of water and intermixes reclaimed water as well as fresh water. The water bill adds up to around $60 a day or $1800 a month. As you can see, expenses just pile up on a daily basis. Following, the largest expenditure is the salaries of the staff.
